Family with kids will find a basic stay
First off, the staff at the front desk were super friendly. Also one night, I asked for some extra towels and, surprisingly, they had enough to give me a couple extra.
It ain’t exactly budget friendly but for the price, can’t complain too much.

The dining options in Rainsville are worth raving about! I discovered some local gems that serve up mouth-watering Southern cuisine, including some serious fried catfish that'll make your taste buds do the happy dance. The Super 8 staff was fantastic, welcoming me like family and accommodating my needs. Plus, the clean breakfast area made for a great start to my day!
Now, on the flip side, the smoke-free room I booked had a surprising smoky whiff, which was a letdown. Also, breakfast options were slightly limited and could use some pizzazz.

The friendly staff made it better
The staff were incredibly welcoming and cheerful, making me feel right at home during my stay. Their attentiveness truly enhanced my experience.
Unfortunately, the room showed signs of wear and had a lingering smell of smoke, which was disappointing for a non-smoking room.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We visited the Alabama Country Music Museum and hiked at nearby state parks. The staff were super friendly, especially Miss Lou who made our stay feel special. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Can’t wait to come back!
We heard some complaints from another guest about cockroaches, which can be concerning, but we didn't experience any issues ourselves.

Not suitable for family with children
Yeah so we had a rough check-in since there was an issue with our room. But the staff was really nice and they upgraded us to a better room faster than you can shake a meth bag. Honestly, Marsha at the front desk? She deserves a medal. Super friendly and helpful!
This place wasn’t cheap but fell way short of being acceptable.
